7 Day Cabbage Soup Ingredients :
- 5 chopped carrots
- 3 chopped onions
- 2 sixteen ounce cans of whole peeled tomatoes
- 1 large head of cabbage (chopped into bite size pieces)
- 1 fifteen ounce can of (drained) cut green beans
- 2 qts of tomato juice
- 2 diced green bell peppers
- chopped celery stalks (10)
- 1 14 ounce can of beef broth
7 Day Cabbage Soup Instructions :
Place all of the veggies listed above into a large pot.. Add in the dry onion soup mix, beef broth, tomato juice and just enough water to cover the vegetables. Simmer until the vegetables are tender. Store in the fridge.
Note : Some people have altered this recipe and added a protein source like ground turkey and still had wonderful success at losing weight.
