Fried chicken breast (original recipe) : Only 13o calories if you eat it without the skin
Original drumstick recipe : You can eat the drumstick with the skin still on for only 12 calories
Mashed potatoes (without the gravy : 90 calories
2 ears of corn on the cob : 14o calories

How To Eat Taco Bell For Under 500 Calories
It’s hard to pass up taco bell when you are in a hurry and you are having a craving for Mexican food.. Dr. Oz offered these suggestions to satisfy your cravings while still consuming less than 500 calories.

Fresco crunch beef taco : 150 calories
Black beans and rice : 200 calories
Don’t add cheese to these options to stay under the 500 calorie limit!
Fasting Health Benefits
There is 1 “F” word that Dr. Oz loves that actually benefits your health. That F word is “Fasting”. Many people associate fasting with fasting yourself, but Dr. Oz said that it doesn’t have to be that way. The secret is eating the right foods at the right time.

Fast While You Are Sleeping
Giving your body 12 hours between meals allows your body to receive benefits from fasting. Here are the tips that Dr. Oz shared on the show :
- Do not eat between 8 PM and 8 AM
- Eat your breakfast at 8 in the morning
- Have lunch at noon
- Enjoy a snack at 2
- Eat an early dinner between 4 and 5
- Have a snack at 8 – The snack will help keep you satisfied until you go to bed.
While in your 12 hour fast and you have to have something, try having some water or herbal tea
