Before anyone takes the Anti-Diet cleanse Lyn-Genet Recitas recommends that you take a simple “healthy tongue test” that you can do at home in front of your mirror.  Stand in front of the mirror and stick out your mirror.  What do you see?  Lyn-Genet said that your tongue should be a healthy pink color.  If you notice a whitish film on your tongue it could be yeast that has built up.  If you do notice that you have “yeasty” tongue you can solve this by taking a probiotic.  This will help to add healthy bacteria and flora to your intestines.

The Step by Step Plan To Lose 5 Pounds in 3 Days

Ready to get back into your jeans that have become too tight to button?  This is Lyn-Genet’s 3 Day Anti-Diet Cleanse to help you lose 5 pounds in just 3 days!

Step #1 – Drink half of your body weight in ounces.  If you weigh 200 pounds then you would want to consume 100 ounces of water.  Lyn-Genet told Dr. Oz that this step was very important for the cleanse.  Hydrating your body is important all throughout your body.  Every cell in our body needs water to function properly.  If you don’t drink enough water (remember half your body weight in ounces) you will be bloated because you are retaining water.

Step #2 – Drink Dandelion Root Tea – Dandelion Root Tea helps to detoxify your liver.  Lyn-Genet said that your liver is responsible for over 500 functions throughout your body and is very important part of the anti-diet cleanse.  Your hormones and metabolism are just two of these 500 functions and is an important step for this cleanse.

Step #3 – Lyn said that you should eat only the foods listed below while on this cleanse.  She said that there is 2,000 calories per day on this cleanse (sounds good to me!) but that is ok.  She said your body’s chemical reaction to the foods is what will help you lose weight quickly.  Here is the foods that you will be eating on the 3 day cleanse.

  • Breakfast – Flax Granola with blueberry’s and a small amount of milk.  The flax granola is high in protein and Omega-3’s.
  • Lunch – Soups and salads
  • Snack – An apple
  • Dinner – For the first two days eat Kale stew and Carrot and Beet Salad.  On day three eat chicken with salad.

Lyn-Genet told Dr. Oz that you don’t have to exercise while doing this cleanse to lose the weight.  She said that you would actually lose less weight if you did diet during the cleanse!!  This is music to my ears.   She said that your body is repairing itself during the cleanse and exercise will increase your cortisol levels (stress hormone).  This can reduce the amount of weight you lose during the cleanse.

Finding The Reactive Foods Plan

After you have went through the three day cleanse (and hopefully lost 5 pounds), you should go through Lyn-Genet Recita’s plan to find foods that you are reactive to..   Starting on day 4 you will slowly add back foods to your diet starting with foods that usually have a low reaction for most people.

Day 4 – Add goat cheese to your diet

Day 6 – Add foods that are high in protein.  She mentioned steak and fish on Dr. Oz

Day 8 – Add breads.  Dr. Oz found this part of the phase to be quite surprising.  Lyn-Genet said that most people can tolerate bread.  What is most important is your body’s chemical reaction to the foods that you are consuming.
