Bacon Tuna Melt, Cottage Cheese Parfait and BBQ Sriracha Chicken Bowl 5 Minute Recipes

Cottage Cheese Breakfast Parfait

This cottage cheese breakfast parfait recipe contains 31 grams of protein!  Build lean muscle will giving you long lasting energy all day long.

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 scoop of a protein powder
  • 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp of honey
  • 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon

Bacon Tuna Melt

Ingredients :

  • 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 can of tuna
  • 1 1/2 tbsp  of mayo
  • 1/4 cup of chopped celery
  • 1/8 tsp of lemon and pepper
  • 1/8 tsp of minced garlic and garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp of soy bacon flavored bits

Preparation directions :

Set the oven temperature to 350 degrees and preheat.  Mix all of the ingredients listed above in a bowl an mix evenly.  Form the the bowl mixture into two patties and then wrap them in tin foil.  Bake on a baking sheet for 15 minutes.  This Bacon Tuna Melt contains 22 grams of protein!

5 Minute BBQ Sriracha Chicken Bowl

This recipe only takes 5 minutes to make and will give you long lasting energy.

Ingredients :

  • 3 oz of cooked chicken strips
  • 1/2 cup of 90 second brown rice
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp of sriracha
  • 1/4 tsp of lemon and pepper.
