Dulse contains high levels of potassium, iron, and other minerals that can help reduce eye bags. Kimberly Snyder said that eye bags can be an indicator that your kidneys aren’t working properly and/or you are dehydrated. Dulse can give you the nutrients that are needed to reduce your eye bags.
Red Cabbage Can Help To Reduce Your Crows Feet
Kimberly Snyder explained to Dr. Oz that crows feet are caused by your cortisol levels that are created by your adrenal glands. Being stressed out or lacking sleep can increase your cortisol. Kimberly Snyder recommends red cabbage because just one cup of red cabbage contains 80 percent of the recommended amount of Vitamin C. She also said that it is affordable and available in just about any grocery store.
Watercress As A Detox Food & Skin Benefits
According to Kimberly Snyder women with poor skin is usually because of poor circulation and getting enough oxygenated blood and nutrients to reach the skin. A remedy for this could be lying at your local grocery store! Watercress is high in iron and iron helps to oxygenate your blood.

If you start noticing that your face has became a grayish color and looks rather dull it could be that your lymphatic system isn’t functioning properly. Beets help to support the liver and improve your lymphatic system to bring back that glow to your skin that you once had!
