Almond Milk Contains Twice The Calcium As Cows Milk

Dr. Oz is a big fan of Almond Milk because it is wonderful for the skin and has more calcium than any other non dairy milk.  Almond milk is also very high in Vitamin E.

Dr. Oz said that soy milk tastes a little sweeter than cows milk.  He said that it helps to boost your metabolism because it is high in protein.

Coconut Milk Improves Your Energy Levels

Coconut helps to give you an energy boost.  Dr. Oz said that the fats that it contains are easily broken down by the body.  Coconut milk will fill you up while giving you energy at the same time.

Flax Milk Protects Your Brain

Flax Milk is a natural source of Omega-3s.  Dr. Oz said that most people do not consume enough Omega-3’s (which help to protect the brain).

Try putting Flax Milk into low sodium Tomato Soup for a tasty lunch. Do you ever drink non-dairy milk? What is your favorite option? Tell me in the comments.

Cayenne Pepper Boosts Your Energy

The capsaicin in Cayenne pepper is a great energy booster.  Dietician, Holly Granger recommended to Dr. Oz and the viewers to try adding cayenne pepper into dark hot chocolate or adding it to trail mix when your having a snack.

Cardamom Chai Tea

Cardamom Chai Tea is used in Ayurvedic medicine.  Dr. Oz recommended Cardamom Chai tea to a woman who said that she is often stressed out and overwhelmed.
