Dr. Oz said that soy milk tastes a little sweeter than cows milk. He said that it helps to boost your metabolism because it is high in protein.
Coconut Milk Improves Your Energy Levels
Coconut helps to give you an energy boost. Dr. Oz said that the fats that it contains are easily broken down by the body. Coconut milk will fill you up while giving you energy at the same time.
Flax Milk Protects Your Brain
Flax Milk is a natural source of Omega-3s. Dr. Oz said that most people do not consume enough Omega-3’s (which help to protect the brain).
