Recipe On How To Make Boiled Greek Coffee
Dr. Oz invited Ya-Ya Nouly Lolis on to the show to talk about how to boil Greek coffee and how health benefits that you can enjoy will drink a cup of this delicious boiled coffee beverage. She said that she has been drinking Greek coffee all of her life (she is 60 years old) and has enjoyed the heart health benefits that it provides her. She said that her heart is healthy and she is full of energy each and every day.
Greek Coffee Recipe & Ingredients
- 2 cups of cold water
- 2 tsp of Greek coffee
- Bring to boil and stir
- Foam will begin to rise. This will mean that it is ready to drink (after it cools down some!)
After you boiled the grounds and have poured yourself a cup you should allow some time to let the grounds settle to the bottom.
