Dr. Oz Talks About The Health Benefits of Camu Camu

Today Dr. Oz talked about a berry that can be found in the rain forests of the Amazon.  This miraculous berry is called Camu Camu and may be a “fountain of youth” type of anti-aging supplement to keep us looking younger, feeling better, and living healthier.

Camu Camu Is A Potent Source Of Vitamin C

Dr. Oz loves camu camu because of how rich it is in Vitamin C.  He said that just a single serving of this super berry contains 1000% of your daily recommendation.  Dr. Oz said that one single serving is equivalent to 15 oranges!  Most people aren’t going to take the time to eat 15 oranges to get this amount of Vitamin C (not to mention all the sugar and calories you would consume), but one serving of Camu Camu can give you the same amount.  Here are some of the health benefits that Dr. Oz mentioned on the show :

  • Reduce signs of aging
  • Lower your risk for heart disease
  • Prevents and fights cancer

Dr. Oz said that camu camu can slow down the signs of aging because it’s nutrients are water soluble and easily absorbed into the body.Camu Camu SupplementsAnti-aging supplement recommendation :
