On January 14, 2014 Dr. Oz will be talking about health myths you may have heard growing up as a child.  Dr. Oz will either be validating or debunking old wive tale health myths that have been passed down from generation to generation.  Will you be able to to tell the difference between fact and fiction? For many people, repetition becomes familiar and “familiar” is vary easy to believe.  When you have heard a health myth many times over the years it’s often difficult to discern between what is true and what is merely a myth.  Once and for all Dr. Oz is going to lay to rest all of the health related myths that simply aren’t true.
