Dr. Oz will be talking about weird or “odd” health quirks that viewers ask Dr. Oz.  Do you have any health related behaviors that are just a bit quirky or maybe downright nuts?  Dr. Oz will be talking about unusual health habits that may seem bizarre to some.  He will be revealing what is normal behavior and what could be labeled as “Nuts!!”  Dr. Oz will also be talking about his favorite organ (the heart), clogged arteries, and heart attacks.  Star Jones will be making a special appearance on the November 26, 2013 episode as well.

Dr. Oz will be inviting Dr. Jen Hartsein on to the show to talk about weird or unusual heal quirks.  She will be talking about which health related conditions are totally harmless and which ones that you should be concerned about.  Many people feel embarrassed to talk about unusual conditions.  Dr. Oz wants you to be open with your doctor about any ailment that you may have.  Regardless of how awkward you may feel.  It is highly likely that your doctor has heard it before so there is no reason to be embarrassed.

Your arteries could be clogged without your knowledge.  Dr. Oz will be talking about clogged artery symptoms and how you can keep your arteries clean to reduce your risk of having a heart attack.

Aging Gracefully With Star Jones

Star Jones will be making a special appearance to talk to Dr. Oz about how to age gracefully.  Day by day we are all aging and constantly getting older.  We can’t do anything to stop again, but we can do many things to age gracefully and to maintain good health for as long as possible.  Dr. Oz will be sharing anti-aging tips to help keep our minds and bodies in the best shape as possible.
