Eating Clean Diet Rules

Eating nutrient dense foods is the centerpiece philosophy of “The Eat Clean Diet” and following just 4 rules will send you in a direction of improved health, weight loss, and vitality.

  1. Do not eat any processed foods
  2. Be aware of which fruits and veggies that you should buy organic and which are okay to buy conventionally..  The foods that you should always buy organic are potatoes, strawberries, grapes and celery.  The fruits and vegetables that are ok to buy conventianally are : cabbage, asparagus, grapefruit and avocados.
  3. Make Your water wetter…  Simply add a squeeze of lemon juice and a pinch of sea salt.  This combination will add electrolytes to your water as well as better hydration.
  4. Eat at home
