The latest research on long term frequent use of Ibuprofen is quite troubling to say the least.  On July 18th Dr. Oz talks about the latest research that suggests that Ibuprofen taken over an extended period of time can triple your risk of heart attack and stroke.  Not only that, but long term use of Ibuprofen can also increase your risk of kidney damage and stomach bleeding.
