Dr. Oz Talks About How To Get Your Fat To Eat Itself – Belly Fat Foods & FBCx Fiber Supplement

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if you could direct your fat to eat itself!  On Dr. Oz’s February 7, 2015 show , he shows you that you can do just that!  Dr. Oz said that it’s not just a nice thought, there is hard science supporting this fantastic idea.   The concept of his belly fat weight loss plan may seem contradictory, because you should eat fat to burn fat. However, the fat that you should be consuming should be healthy fat.  Dr. Oz talks about which foods can melt away your belly fat and a fiber supplement called FBCx that can eliminate 9 times it’s weight and 500 calories a day all by itself!  Here are the segments that were featured on todays 2-07-2015 episode :

Eat MUFA’s To Lose Weight

Dr. Oz said that we need to change the way that we think about dieting.  He said that many people think that if they eat low fat foods they will lose weight.  This is a common mistake that people make.  A better weight loss plan is to eat healthy fats because they help to flush your stored fat.  MUFA’s refer to “Monounsaturated Fatty Acids” that do not come from animals like avocados, olives, most nuts, and more.  Here is a list of MUFA’s that you should be incorporating into your diet to help burn away your fat stores.

  •  Avocados
  • Coconut oil
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Olives
  • Almond butter
  • Dark chocolate

Dr. Oz said that the right kinds of fat are very healthy for our body.  They reduce body inflammation and help to reduce fat stores.

While you shouldn’t go overboard on MUFA’s they should consist of half the calories you consume each day from fat.  Dr. Oz suggested adding a MUFA to each meal you eat.  Here were the suggestions of a “MUFA Serving”

  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 10 olives
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of nuts
  • 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips

Eat PUFA’s To Lose Weight

So, now that you know about MUFAs, what does PUFA mean?  PUFA stands for Polyunsaturated FATs.  Have two servings each day.  Here are some of the suggestions that were given.

  • 3 oz of an oily fish.  Examples that were given were sardines, mackerel, and salmon
  • 1 shot glass full of pine nuts
  • 1 oz of sunflower seeds
  • 1 shot glass full of pine nuts
  • 2 tbsp of Sunflower oil

Dr. Oz siad that MUFAs and PUFAs complement eachother because PUFAs relax your stored fat in your body.  This helps the MUFAs to release it out of your body.

FBCx Fiber Supplement

The final method of triggering your fat to eat itself is by taking a fat eating fiber supplement.  He suggested FBCx as a supplement that can do just that.  He said that FBCx Supplements can eliminate 9 times it’s weight and 500 calories a day.  You should take FBCx with a meal to help with weight loss.  Dr. Oz also recommended taking FBCx when you are going to stray from your diet plan..  If your gonna cheat, make sure that you take FBCx before the meal!
