It can also be hard to diagnose because there is no blood test that you can take to see if you have this disease.
It wasn’t until 199o that the medical community finally began to accept that Fibromyalgia is a disease. Many patients were once believed to by hypochondriac’s and all of their symptoms were “in there head”. Dr. Oz said that it is very important to find the right doctor who understands this disease and can help you to treat all of the symptoms that are associated with Fibromyalgia.
Caffeine & Fibromyalgia Flare Ups
Many people report that their symptoms flare up when they drink caffeine. If you noticed that your symptoms are exasperated after drinking caffeine you should cut back on your caffeine intake. Dr. Oz suggested to start up drinking half regular and half decaf to limit the amount of caffeine that you are consuming.
