Foods That Burn Cellulite

Cellulite is a problem for man women and it’s nearly impossible to get rid of even if you exercise religiously.  Kimberly Snyder explained to Dr. Oz that there are foods that can help you to reduce the appearance of your cellulite.

Dr. Oz explained to the viewers that cellulite is caused by expanding fat cells that push to the surface of your skin.  The following foods help to shrink fat cells and thereby reducing the appearance of cellulite.

Cilantro : Cilantro helps to flush toxins out of your body and reducing inflammation.  This helps to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Oat Groats – Oat groats are “unprocessed” oats.  They are high in fiber and will keep you feeling full longer.  They also help reduce appearance of cellulite because by flushing toxins out of your fat cells.

Cilantro: This tasty herb attaches to toxins and helps to flush them out of your body, which will help to reduce your cellulite!

Foods To Reduce Age Spots With Sunflower Seed Butter

Kimberly Snyder said that you reduce the appearance of your age spots by making a simple addition to your diet.  Sunflower seed butter is high in Vitamin E and helps to protect the skin.  She suggested spreading sunflower seed butter onto celery sticks and enjoy them as a “beauty snack”

Age spots are common and the older you get the more problematic they can become.  Fortunately there is a food called Tahini that contains healthy fats that will keep your hair follicles hydrated.
