Hot Flash Cooling Wipes – Suzanne said cooling wipes are an effective way to receive instant relief when hot flashes become unbearable.
Hot Flash Sprays – This easy to make cooling spray remedy can provide instant relief from hot flashes and the scent will have the added benefit of calming you down. All you need to do is :
- Add distilled water to a spray bottle
- Add a few drops of peppermint oil to the water
Hot Flash Cooling Undershirts – Dr. Suzanne Gilberg recommends cooling undershirts because of the way the shirts can draw moisture from your skin. These cooling under shirts cool you off while pulling sweat away from your body at the same time. Note : When looking for a cooling shirt be sure to look for “cooling” or “wicking” somewhere on the packaging label.
