If you have ever seen an episode of “The Biggest Loser”, then you are likely familiar with Jillian Michaels..  Throughout her time on the show she was always known as a tough yet inspirational trainer that gave her best effort to help overweight contestants to achieve their best.  On tomorrow’s January 4, 2013 Dr. Oz will interview Jillian Michaels and she will share some of her weight loss secrets as well as take all the viewers “behind the scenes” to get a first hand perspective of what the contestants actually experienced on the show.

When you watch the show on television you are only allowed to see so much because of the time limits of the show.  I’ve always been interested to see what the contestants went through when the cameras weren’t always rolling.  When you consider that all of the contestants are away from their families and living an entirely new lifestyle it must be difficult and the temptations to give up must be overwhelming.

Dr. Oz is going to talk to some of the “Biggest Losers” from the show and ask them what they did to lose weight and what lifestyle changes they have implemented into their daily lifestyle to maintain their weight loss and healthy lifestyle.  If you have had a hard time losing weight and keeping it off, tomorrows’ episode could be a really helpful show to hear tips with others who have struggled with their weight.  I’m mostly interested in how all the contestants have kept the weight off..  It’s pretty clear that they lost huge amounts of weight from grueling exercise, calorie restriction, and healthy eating habits.  I’m looking forward to hearing their tips that they have to give for when they are back at home living their daily lives.  Also be sure to hear What Bob Harper, Jillian Michaels, and Dolvett Quince have to say about calories, fiber, and cheat foods.
