Dr. Oz Talks About How Aleppo Spice, Kelp Noodles, and Curry Cashews Help Your Body Burn Fat and Lose Weight

During the opening segment of today’s show Dr. Oz talked about how you can triple your weight loss efforts and burn fat more effectively.  During this segment Dr. Oz shared some of his favorite fat burning foods to help you to lose weight even more quickly!  He talks about how Aleppo Spice, Curry Cashews, and Kelp Noodles can put you on your weight to quick weight loss and better health!

Aleppo Spice Burns Fat Fast

Dr. Oz said that this “secret” to help you burn your fat stores quickly is a condiment that you can keep in your kitchen.  It is called Aleppo Spice that contains ingredients like Capsaicin which will help you to burn fat faster.   Dr. Oz suggested sprinkling Aleppo Spice on your favorite foods to help speed up your weight loss.

Kelp Noodles

Did you know that there is a noodle that that you can eat as much as you want?  Kelp noodles are very low calories (only 6 calories in a 4 oz serving) can help you to lose weight fast!  Kelp noodles don’t even need to be cooked.  They are gluten free and they can replace many of your pasta dishes that you may have banished from your diet.  An average serving of regular pasta contains approximately 179 calories.  Kelp noodles, just six.

Curry Cashews For Fat Loss

Dr. Oz talked to a woman out of the audience who wanted to lose weight before your wedding.  Dr. Oz suggested that she should snack on Curry Cashews.   He said that curry contains an ingredient called curcumin (in turmeric) that halts the spread and storage of fat.  Try sprinking curry over your cashews to turbocharge your snacks and turn them into a fat burning snack!

Dr. Oz said that there are research studies out that show that the temperature that you keep your thermostat settings on at night can affect how much weight you lose as you sleep.  Dr. Oz said that the best temp to help you lose weight while you sleep is 63 degrees.  Burn calories while you are sleeping to speed up your weight loss efforts!
