  • 2 Mangos
  • 3 cups pineapple
  • 2 green apples
  • 6 lemons
  • 2 limes
  • 3 bananas
  • 3 cups of blueberries

Veggies On Dr. Oz Detox Plan

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 avocado
  • 6 cups of kale
  • 3 cucumbers
  • 12 stalks of celery

  • 2 liters of coconut water

Morning Tea Detox Recipe

The morning tea detox will help get you moving and even contains a little caffeine so coffee drinkers won’t get a withdrawal headache while doing this cleanse.

Ingredients :

  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1 sliced lemon
  • 1 stevia

If your not a coffee drinker you can jump straight to the breakfast drink recipe.  Here are the ingredients that you will need :

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice

Blend and enjoy.  After your breakfast drink you should take 1/2 of a multivitamin and 1 probiotic

Lunch Detox Recipe On Dr. Oz

  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1// lime
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1 cup of pineapple

*After your breakfast drink you need to take your supplements – ½ Multivitamin and 1 Probiotic
