On July 12, Dr. Oz talks about new research that seems to suggest that taking too many antioxidant supplements may actually increase your risk of getting cancer than preventing it. However, getting your antioxidants from eating healthy foods does not raise your risk. Dr. Oz also talks about Ayurvedic skin types (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) and what types of food that each skin type should be eating for beautiful looking skin. He will also talking about a “super herb” (Neem) that is wonderful for all three skin types.
