Dr. Oz talks with Dave Asprey why adding butter to your morning coffee not only boosts your brain power, but can also help you to lose weight by reducing your food cravings. Immune Boosting Pink Latte Recipe
In the past Dr. Oz has shared a turmeric tonic to boost your brain power, and now has shared a Pink Latte Immune Booster that fights inflammation and can help prevent illness. Now, it’s an immune boosting Pink Latte!
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey (raw honey is the best)
- 1 peeled medium beet
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Wrap the medium sized beet in foil and roast for 30 minutes.
- Allow the beat to cool. Add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Add the mixture to a small pot and heat until boiling.
- Pass the mixture through a mesh strainer.
- Add 1/2 cup of extra almond coffee on top

Dave Asprey on His Bulletproof Coffee Brain Booster
Dave Asprey, is the author of The Bulletproof Diet where you can lose up to a pound a day. Dave didn’t just talk the talk..
