  • Pinch some skin on the back of your hand and see how quickly it returns to normal.  The quicker it returns to normal the better.
  • Do you have dry and/or puffy skin?
  • Redness & skin discoloration

Ingredients :

  • 10 oz almond milk
  • 1 medium sized banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • handful of spinach
  • 1 scoop of plant based protein powder
  • 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
