Tahini is an immunity booster that is made from sesame seeds. It is rich in magnesium and zinc. It also helps to activate white blood cells. Tahini paste has a similar consistency as peanut butter.

Chemical In Black Pepper Helps To Absorb Nutrients
There is an ingredient in black pepper called “Piperine” that helps you to absorb the nutrients that other spices contain. Try mixing black pepper with turmeric to improve your joint health.. This combination will also lower your risk of getting Alzheimers disease.
Dr Oz : Leaf Oregano Versus Ground Oregano
Leaf Oregano is more than just a pizza garnish. There was a study done at Cornell University that found that leaf oregano (not ground oregano) kills bacteria when you chew it. The study found that leaf oregano killed 30 different kinds of germs and has anti-inflammatory properties.
