Coconut Oil Boosts Your Energy and Metabolism

Coconut oil has several important benefits that butter does not offer.  First of all, it helps to control your appetite.  When you consume coconut oil your stomach sends signals to your brain that your appetite has been satisfied.

Coconut oil is a fat that is broken down by your body at a much faster rate than most fats.  Dr. Oz said that it goes to your liver where it is converted into energy.  Since it is being used by your body for energy your body will be less likely to store it as fat.

How Much Olive Oil Should You Take?
