Tracy Anderson Shares Her Sweet Potato Smoothie, Tomato Soup & Chocolate Pudding Recipe on Dr. Oz
Tracy Anderson, celebrity fitness trainer, came on to Dr. Oz to talk about tips for different body types as well as her own personal favorite recipes. She shares a sweet potato smoothie, tomato soup, and chocolate pudding recipe that is full of healthy ingredients, taste great, and can even help you to lose weight.

Sweet Potato Smoothie Recipe
Dr. Oz just loves sweet potato smoothies so you know he was fully on board with Tracy’s sweet potato smoothie recipe that she shared. Here are the ingredients and directions :
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup of milk (raw)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 tsp turmeric
Mix and blend all ingredients listed above and enjoy your smoothie!
Tomato Soup Recipe
- 1 (32 ounce) can of tomato juice (low sodium)
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen green beans
- 1 cup of chopped carrots
- 1 cup of corn
- 1 cup of chopped celery
- 2 minced garlic cloves
Add the ingredients listed above to a pot and simmer on medium-low heat for approximately 20 minutes
How can chocolate pudding be a recipe by fitness trainer Tracy Anderson. Well, she only uses a 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and adds several healthy ingredients like dates, chestnuts, and coconut flakes! Here is her recipe :
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
- 4 pitted dates
- 2 tbsp of chestnuts (cooked)
- 2 tbsp of unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp of cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup of water
Preparation directions : In a small pan slowly melt the chocolate chips. Mix in the remaining ingredients listed above until it’s blended thoroughly and evenly. Add the melted chocolate the the pureed ingredients and mix. Place in the fridge. The mixture will thicken as it cools.
