Dr. Oz talked with Tony Horton about his “Breakthrough Plan To Reshape Your Body”. He feels that motivation is the main problem for many people and he thinks that people should be more focused on their long term health goals rather than short term vanity reasons. Tony says that he works out every day not only for how good it makes him look, but for how it changes the quality of his life over the long term.
Tony Horton believes in variety when he makes his workout dvd’s. Reshaping your body takes more than doing the same routine every day. He incorporates pilates, yoga, and strength training to give you a broad and long lasting results in his dvd’s.

Tony Horton’s 90 Day Plan
The First 30 Days – Tony told Dr. Oz that the first 30 days of his 90 day plan is called the “Adaptive Phase”. This is when you are new and are learning the exercise routine.
The Second 30 Days – This is when you really start to see the dramatic changes from all of your hard work.
The Final 30 Days – The is when Tony’s reshaping plan start to become your new way of life. You will not only see changes physically, you will begin to see the emotional changes when you begin to see the new you!
What Is The 90/10 Rule
Dr. Oz explained to Dr. Oz that your diet is a huge part of his workout routine. The 90/10 rule means that 90 percent of your food should come from whole food sources like fruits, veggies, grains, lean meats, and healthy fats. The 10% of food can be treats like delicious chocolate cake! Tony understands that the 90/10 rule may seem dramatic for people who aren’t used to eating this healthy. He says this is why the “10%” can be used toward “sinful chocolate cake” or other treats that you enjoy. He told Dr. Oz that when people feel deprived it is much harder to stay on his reshaping plan.
Reshake Your Body Recipe
