Dr. Oz Talks About 3 Ways To Reduce Cellulite : Turkish Coffee Rub, Restore Collagen With Red Foods and Golf Ball Massage

A turkish coffee rub recipe to help reduce cellulite only takes three ingredients! They are :
- Turkish Coffee (The Turkish coffee grounds work better because of the way it is ground) helps to reduce cellulite because the caffeine in it reduces inflammation.
Mix the ingredients above into a paste and massage into the areas where cellulite is a problem. Dr. Oz said that it will take about 3 weeks to see results.
Red Foods Build and Restore Collagen
Building collagen will help to reduce the appearance of cellulite. Dr. Oz said that eating red foods that build collagen will reduce the “cottage cheese” appearance by filling in the gaps. Building collagen will make the skin stronger and more resilient. This will help to get rid of the bumpy gap appearance of problem cellulite areas on your body. The red foods that were suggested were :
- Pink grapefruit
- Red Peppers
These red foods work because they have both Vitamin and Lycopene. This combination is an effective way in which you can build and restore your collage. Dr. Oz suggested eating two servings of these red foods noted above each day.
Reduce Cellulite Appearance With A Golf Ball
There is actually sound science behind using a golf ball to reduce the appearance of cellulite. Dr. Oz said that you will stimulate the circulation and rejuvenate your skin by giving yourself a golf ball massage in problem areas. Follow these steps to use the “Golf Ball Massage” method :
- Roll a golf ball in olive oil
- Massage problematic cellulite areas (back of your thighs for example)
- The massage will help to stimulate circulation and rejuvenate your skin
