Tip #1 Steeped and Then Chilled Tea Bags
Are your eyes puffy whenever you wake up in the morning? One of the best remedies to reduce morning eye bags is to steep tea bags in hot water for a minute and then place them in the fridge. After the tea bags are chilled, place them over your eyes for 20 minutes. After the tea bag application wash your eyes in cold water. You will notice that the puffiness is greatly reduced. Why do tea bags help? The caffeine in the tea bags restricts the blood vessels which reduces the eye puffiness.
You may have seen pictures of women (or men) lying down with slices of cucumbers over their eyes. Why do cucumbers help? They have natural anti-inflammatory properties which will shrink your eye bags. You should apply two cucumber slices that have been refrigerated over your eyes for 20 – 30 minutes.
3. Cold Spoons
This remedy is not only cheap, it is free. All you do is chill a couple of spoons in ice water and then apply them to your eyes. The cold temperature of the spoons will constrict the blood vessels. After awhile the spoons will warm up. a good tip is to chill 4 or 6 spoons in the ice water and replace the spoons when they warm up.

Dip cotton pads in a glass of cold milk. Apply the cotton pads over the eyes for 20 to 30 minutes to reduce swelling.

8. Egg Whites
Egg whites will reduce inflammation and absorb some of the water that is contributing to the puffiness. All you need to do is mix up some egg whites and apply under the eyes using a soft fabric. Leave the egg whites over the eye bags for 20 minutes. Rinse with col water and you will notice that your eyes are less puffy.

- Drink plenty of water throughout the day to reduce fluid retention as well as remove toxins from the body.
- Monitor your intake of sodium. Too much sodium causes you to retain water.
- Get plenty of rest. Fatigue can contribute to eyebags.
